Peter and I and 3 teenage kids are privileged to live in our 400 year old House. It is steeped in history and we have created 5 guest rooms to complement people coming to the Cookery School and Events that we hold in the Ballroom. I trained at the world renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School and I love cooking to educate and to entertain! We treat all guests as family members and you join us for meals in the kitchen as numbers allow. I love travelling and particularly South Africa where my parents live for some of the year. My father is Argentinean and I guess I have inherited quite a bit of his wild spirit and love of outdoors. We often have an Asado (Argentinean style BBQ) at the House: you may be lucky enough to arrive some day and experience one.
