I am working in the travel industry and always off travelling, therefore I know what visitors expect as a host and also as a guest.
We stayed in Nick's flat for more that a month and the place was really very nice. The location in Brussels is perfect and very close to the Metro and all facilities. Nick (email hidden), very helpful and responsive! The apartment is very well-equiped and had all the amenities. Everything was perfect, thanks Nick! Poli
Nicks place was fantastic. It is centrally located in Brussels and was very convenient to come home to after visiting sites within and outside Brussels being close to the Metro. It made the start of our European trip very easy -- Nick went out of his way to get us into his place on our early flight arrival. The neighborhood is very quiet. The apartment had all the amenities (including great coffee). Everything was clean and orderly. 3 of us stayed there comfortably. We would definately stay at Nick's place again on a visit to Brussels!
I was in Brussels for the seafood exposition in the last week of April.
I love this place a lot!
Although my first time to live in, but it is just like your own home.
It is located down a small hill, quiet street and easy access to the traffic point. You can experience the local life when you go out to buy the croissant.
Thanks to Nick's help while our stay. When you decide to visit Brussels, here will be your first choice! Stay here and be the local.
After the experience, I am considering to list my place to welcome friends all over the world.
Thanks again. Antonio, Taipei
What an incredible place to stay. My friend and I visited Brussels the beginning of April of this past year (email hidden) trip. Let me say Nick (email hidden) and his apartment was immaculate. We arrived mid-morning on our first day in Brussels and Nick was there to greet us at the apartment. He offered us beers, showed us around to apartment, and gave us some ideas of things to do in Brussels and Belgium.
The apartment was incredible. A fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, and water closet were all in good working order. Nick even had satellite TV in the bedroom and an AppleTV in the living room. It was quite a home away from home. We found a laundromat, convenient store, and Turkish restaurants nearby. The metro was a short 5 minute walk up the street.
During our stay we took a weekend trip to France. Nick had the apartment booked over the weekend, but let us store some bags in the building until we returned on Monday. He even squeezed some time out of his busy schedule to drive us to the airport on our last day. It was a fantastic experience.
I meet Nick during the university years and over time he quickly became one of my best friends. He is well known for his outstanding personalty and great values. Nick has an enormous enthusiasm and curiosity for meeting new people from different cultures. If you looking (email hidden) who is well travelled with great sense of humor and is literally an expert in advising about everything that you need to know during your stay, this is your guy! I guess if Nick was born in Japan he would probably be the equality to a very skilled samurai that would use social skills as his katana sword :)
