Hi! I am a 31 year-old graphic designer based in Austin, TX -- my home town. I work for an airline and travel a lot and I rent my space out when I'm out of town! I'm also currently helping my mom rent out her house in Central Austin for SXSW.

Nicole was a great host. The place was lovely and fully equipped for what we needed during our stay. She even left us snacks during the week! And, when we were slightly mindless on our last day and got ourselves locked out, she was extremely helpful and understanding. We had a wonderful time.
Nico is a knowledgeable accommodating host. Her space is clean, close to bus routes and an outstanding coffee shop. I felt right at home during my trip to Austin, and would definitely stay again.
Cute place, great neighborhood. Nico was lovely.
Nico was a great host! The trailer is a perfect space for one person.
Our stay at Nico's trailer was great. It's in a great location and there are so many things in walking distance. Unfortunately we never met Nico but she responded right away when we booked and the roommates that we met were all very nice!
Amazing location, really friendly host. The trailer was comfortable and provided everything I needed for a one-night stay.
This was my first experience with Airbnb so I wasn't really sure what to expect. The trailer was exactly as described, the best part of it being its location. Although I left just before Nico arrived, her mates in the co-op were all wonderful people and very hospitable - I was often catching up with friends in Austin so I didn't get to know them all that well but enjoyed my brief moments with them all the same. They were very engaging and open to including me in their plans. I was a clumsy doofus and made a mess of Nico's trailer but she reacted with exceptional patience and professionalism. My only real issue was largely due to the weather, it was very cold and made staying in the trailer/running back and forth to the main house for the bathroom and morning routine a little unpleasant (there was a heater in the bedroom though).
Nico was out of town but very available for communication. Trailer was as comfortable as was described, but I didn't end up spending much time there since the neighborhood was so great.
This was my first time using Airbnb, and it couldn't have been any better. Rosewood Co-op is a truly special community of creative, open-minded, and warm individuals. Nico's trailer was very comfortable. Next time I'm in Austin, this will be the first place I look up!
The trailer is really cozy and just what we needed for FFF Fest. It is close enough to downtown, the metro station, bikes you can rent, and was a really reasonable price! I was a little wary about having to go into the co op for the bathroom and shower, but I got to meet some of the really nice people that live there as well!
What a great group of young adults. The weather wasn't perfect but they were flexible and easy to please. Plus left the cabin very clean!
Nico is one of the most interesting people I know. Totally cool and trustworthy.
I've known Nico for about 5 years. She's amazing, honest, reliable, fun, and sweet. I'd totally trust her to house sit for me any day, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent her home either.
Nico is a personal friend but also a fabulous host. She's incredibly accommodating - making sure folks know great bars, restaurants, how to get to the train and find a local grocery store. I’d vouch for her.
