Cancellation policy: £10.00 will be charged for any cancellation until 18:00 hours on the previous day of arrival. Between this time until 12:00 on arrival day will incur in a 50% charge of the room price. Cancelation after noon will be charged for the first night and cancel the remainder of the booking.
Check in time is from 3:00 pm unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Check out time is by 12:00 am on day of departure.
On arrival all members and reciprocal members are required to show their membership card.
Dress Code: The Club operates a dress code and all guests must be dressed appropriately in the public areas at all times. Gentleman must wear shirts with collar (Jacket and tie not necessary, but preferred). Ladies must wear a skirt or formal trousers. Denim (jeans) and training shoes are not permitted.
Smoking: All guests are reminded that smoking anywhere inside the club is against the law. Those who wish to smoke may do so outside the building only.
Payments: May we remind you that all final accounts must be settled in full on departure unless prior arrangements have been agreed in writing by us.
It is normal practice for the club to require a credit card reference or cash deposit on any reservation before arrival.
We regret that payment by cheque is not accepted above the value of an accompanying cheque guarantee card.
