This apartment is great, I highly recommend it. The place is well furnished and stocked. The host is nice and will help with anything you may need. The balconies are a big plus. I would stay here again next time in Berlin.
Hi Robin, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your amazing apartment. The apartment is great and also the position was perfect for us. Many great restaurants and bars within walking distance and we managed to also fit in many days of sightseeing. We met some lovely local residents and enjoyed our stay in Berlin immensely. We would love to return again soon. Thank you again from Rob, Janelle, Stephanie and Jeremy
Great apartment in a nice part of Berlin. There were lots of bars, restaurants and shopping nearby. Robin was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!
We had a great time in this apartment. It was light, fresh and clean, in a great location (quiet but near restaurants, cafes, shops etc), and last but not least, had a comfortable bed. We rented a bike and cycled all around Berlin from here. I'd recommend it to anyone.
Très bel appartement, vraiment bien placé (quartier, accès transports en commun). L'accueil est aussi à la hauteur (possibilité d'arrivée tardive, liste de bonnes adresses, plans, guides...). Une bonne adresse à recommander.
One of the few AirBnb's where the pictures on the website weren't as good as the actual apartment.
Premium location with restaurants and transportation within an easy walk. Although the apartment is still very quiet.
Two balconies, but we only really hung out on the one facing the church. Amazing view of the Berlin skyline.
The apartment was very clean also.
We spent 5 days in Berlin in July 2013, amazing city! Robin's flat has perfect location, close to main landmarks. Most of the time we walked to our destinations or took a short couple of stops subway/tram ride. The area is very lively, lots of cafe, bars and small boutiques.
The flat is modern, clean and nice to stay in. Robin is very friendly, easy to deal with, flexible with arrival time arrangement and provided lots of useful information; it was a pleasure to chat with him. I hope to return to Berlin sometime in a future and will be happy to stay at the "Kastanienallee appartment".
I have been to Berlin multiple times and knew all the major tourist attractions and would much more like to explore a neighbourhood. This was the perfect opportunity to get to know Prenzlauerberg. Robin had collected a few great places to eat and drink. We almost felt native at the end of a very short vacation. Also being 2 friends of the opposite sex it was nice to be able to retreat to a seperate bedroom. The only minus is if you are not a heavy sleeper and goes drinking on a saturday because the church of Zion is very close.
The Host Went beyond the Call of Duty
This was an exceptional stay, and not just because the apartment is precisely as pictured, bright, pleasant, and well located. It was an exceptional stay because the host was exceptional. Upon landing in Berlin, it turned out that the luggage was lost – and it later appeared damaged. The host was exceptional in assisting in this unfortunate situation. Thank you for that!
Stayed in November 2012, paid $156 per night plus AirBnB fees.
Robin spent one night, he is a professional. i would recommend him.
