I am a professional who loves to travel the world :)
Shadi is a very nice person and I enjoyed meeting him. He came to Krakow with 9 colleagues as part of a team bonding trip for three nights. While I've never had that many people in my flat at any time I can say that they didn't create too much mess considering the number of people who were there. The main problem I had with them was communication. Shadi almost never checks the email address he uses for airbnb so I went at times for weeks without hearing from him when he asked me to arrange activities for them while they were in Krakow. In fact I didn't hear from him until a week before they arrived and then even after that communication was very difficult. Eventually I ended up having to reach him on his iPhone but even once I reached out that way Shadi still wouldn't always reply. Sometimes he'd reply promptly and other times he wouldn't reply at all. To make matters worse one of his colleagues returned home early and took the keys with them. I was assured that he was mailing them to me immediately once he landed but it has been several weeks now and the keys haven't come back yet nor did Shadi even confirm that they had been mailed to me. Due to this I had to have the locks replaced which was a terrible inconvenience and expense. While Shadi is a nice person and in general it seemed to also be the case with all of his colleagues I cannot recommend him to anyone else on airbnb. Even if he is traveling alone I would not feel comfortable recommending him since he has huge communication problems. This is a real shame as I have had many people stay at my apartment and almost always they turn out to be great people who leave the apartment clean and are very interesting and become good friends.
