Hello! From Scotland, currently living in Edinburgh. Off to do a little travelling of US and South America in October. Like seeing new bands, new things, new people and good food :)

I stayed at Lisa' flat of the fringe and I found a wonderful aspect of my trip. The flat is really accessible to the centre with lots of local facilities nearby.
When we arrived Lisa had provided us with various information for the Fringe, and was really helpful whenever we needed tips/information about the flat. We were particularly impressed with the kitchen which was lovely to cook meals in.
Would recommend to anyone wanting to have a great weekend trip to the city.
We stayed in Lisa's flat for three days to attend the Festival. It was very convenient for this and we walked to most of the venues. Buses and taxi's were also easy for getting in to centre of Edinburgh. The flat was pretty much as described, but be aware that "internal bedroom" means there is no window. It does, however have a very comfortable bed. Bathroom/shower facilities were somewhat cramped - shower in converted cupboard opening straight onto hall. Didn't spend much time in immediate area, but seemed to be plenty of grocery shops and places to eat.
Edinburgh is very nice and the Lisa's flat is in a good place to visit it, only 10 minutes by bus. The apartment is big and the kitchen is equiped, but the bathroom is too small and the shower isn't there, but in a room separeted. It's a little cold and the bedroom hasn't the window.
We didn´t meet Lisa personally (she left the key for us at a nearby cafe) but she was very attentive and helpful. All our questions were answered within minutes.
The apartment is very cozy and everything was as described. It is situated pretty central (around 10min to the city center with the bus - the stop is just some meters to walk). Also Leith/Newhaven can be reached quickly to have a walk at the port. From the kitchen (which is equipped with everything) you have a great view on Arthur´s Seat and Calton Hill.
We felt like at home and can only recommend Lisa´s apartment for your trip to edinburgh
Thank you both for your kind review, and I'm so pleased you enjoyed your stay here! All the best, Lisa
Lisa had a great flat and we loved the neighborhood, Lisa's helpful recommendations and everything Edinburgh had to offer. I would not hesitate to recommend her flat to anyone wanting to visit Edinburgh.
It is a homelike flat with everything you need for a great holiday. Lisa is a helpful host.
We had a great stay in Lisa's flat. Everything was as described, close to amenities, the flat's facilities etc. Lisa was really friendly and good at keeping in touch and replying to any of our queries before and during our visit. We would happily use her flat again.
Flat was exactly as described!
Lisa was lovely, could not have asked for much more.
Would definitely stay again when visiting Edinburgh
