I understand that the concept of Airbnb isn't "I pay less than an Hotel so I have to take what is given even if it's not enough". You supposed to give heating, hot water and towels enough and to make sure that everything was working in a right way before disappearing. i felt WERY uncomfortable in having to ask daily for what I supposed to have for what I payed (heating, hot water, towels). If you gave me something "extra" was only because what you give at first was insufficient.
I'm a traveller and I do home exchange from many years, I'm not the kind of person who is complaining for nothing ( I actually never complained before). And I fully understand the concept of Airbnb that's why I'm pleased that you had so many positive reviews. I haven't been lucky with you because I was in your place when you probably weren't able to give a full service.

Anyway I only gave you some tips to give a better service in the future, don't be offended from that.
