To be honest I'm quite surprised about your feedback and about you behaviour in general. You are talking about my "bad communication" but I never received a call or a message or a mail about your complaints during your stay. And you stayed in my flat for 9 days.
How could I help you if I don't know your issues? If I don't hear anything by you during your stay, I assume that everything is going well. Just to make you an exemple: everyone of my 200 other guest who slept in this flat and didn't write / call me did a fantastic experience in my flat, as their feedback states. So really I don't understand why you didn't contact me simply to ask new towells or washcloths. Regarding your peculiar complain "where to take accumulated kitchen trash", I cannot believe that you needed an explanation in order to see the 10 trash-containers in the garden, placed directly the entry of the stairs. Once again, you couldn't see them? Why just didn't ask me about? Airbnb is just about communication ; )
Sometimes I'm really perplexed how people like you (with 0 feedback) use the website airbnb, thinking to be in an hotel with reception and above all avoiding any form of communication in case of problems and last but not least complaining with the host about bad communication...welcome incoherence.
