First time that I get a not 100% satisfactory comment. The long list of positif comments here below prove it.
I was extremely available and helpful with you all the time. You mention I did not show up for Check in, but I think it is fair to point out that 24 hours before Check in you informed me that you had to cancel the reservation.
Finally you confirmed the reservation a few hours before Check in and due to the super short notice I was obliged to ask a friend to do Check in.
I took care of you during your stay, sending you messages to make sure everything was fine. I even booked you a taxi in advance the day before Check out upon your request by sms, which I regard as a very high quality standard service...
Regarding our conversation about the damage caused on the floor. This is not because you said you did not want to take this responsability that it was the end of the story as this is not a one way decision according to airbnb policy. I decided myself to let go and forget to avoid conflicts. But the damage was real.
The cleaning that you mention was pretty poor (I even found spaghettis on the floor) which is fine. I do not expect my guests to do a proper cleaning before departure.
