Back in Indianapolis after a few years living in New Zealand with my amazing wife. Glad to be back near friends and family. Excited to catch my first full Colts season in a while too! Love running, getting outdoors, movies, and advertising.

Ryan was an outstanding host; he provided maps and tips for getting around - explained the property and the rules & asks - and essentially disappeared. It was like staying in a hotel from that point on. We did get the pleasure of meeting Katie one morning, and she was equally accommodating. They have a young child - but I assure you we couldn't tell they had s baby except for the bottles next to the sink. The home is modernly appointed and in an up and coming neighborhood. You can see house by house the neighborhood homes being flipped by renovators - don't be concerned when you arrive...my car sat out front all weekend (during a major sporting event) completely untouched. You are a $15-20 Uber from most attractions - and only a few dollars more at surge times.
In the home, the family has their master space, a guest bedroom and bath, and a basement. The space is well decorated and accommodating, and sprinkled with photos of the couple's adventures in travel. The basement was cool in the wintery weather - but that didn't detract from our stay - Ryan told us in advance and we packed accordingly (and they offered extra blankets).
The couple willingly took on 4 guys for an NCAA tournament weekend - we came and went freely and at late hours - but they were remarkable hosts and we tried to be respectful. The home was clean and welcoming and we would all recommend the location.
Very clean house, everything as described. Very confy and quiet. Hosts were welcoming and helpful. I would highly recomend. Thanks Ryan for the experience.
Great experience in Indy,Ryan e Katye are friendly but ver discreet. All it's ok!
I had a great experience with these hosts. They were a friendly couple and they have a nice inviting home. Everything I needed during my 5 day stay was provided by them, and I had plenty of space in the room to get my work done.
Everything was as described. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and nice. Great place! Indianapolis was a lot more fun than I expected and Ryan and Katie created a comfy place to land!
Ryan and Katie are a nice couple, the house is quiet, and conveniently located in downtown Indy.
Ryan & Katie are great host, the private room and the private bathroom are exactly as described. The house is lovely, Ryan made a big favor by introducing me to a taxi services that worked perfectly for me. Thank you both for the lovely stay.
The home is beautiful and huge, the room is super cute and has a big private bathroom. Bus stop is right in front of the house and takes you downtown in 15min. You can also have a walk, it takes around 40´to get the city centre but you cross the charming Mass Av on the way. Ryan & Katie are a really nice couple, calm and helpful. I would repeat the experience hands down!
Ryan and Katie were friendly and easy to communicate with. The room is great, the bed comfortable, and taking the bus from their house is very easy to do. The place is nice and they are great hosts!
Ryan and Katie's place was really well located. We walked to Massachussetts Avenue and Banker's Life Fieldhouse, and it was quick drive to Broad Ripple. We spent very little time at the house, and only saw Ryan and Katie in passing, but everything was clean and comfortable and easy. I'd recommend staying here.
Ryan and Katie were no problem, I did not hear from them at all.
Ryan and Katie were wonderful guests. They were both very friendly and had some great recommendations as they are fellow Airbnb hosts. We would highly recommend them as guests.
Ryan and Katie were very nice and great guests. It would be a pleasure to have them again.
