Hi, NYC physical therapist, born and raised in NY. I like to cycle, ski, hike and hang by the ocean.
I have a passion for travel and would like to open my home to you so you can do the same. Bon Voyage!

Robin's apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. The location is perfect: near the subway, Central Park, the and many bars and restaurants and bars right around the corner. The key was left with the doorman, and the apartment was immaculate. We couldn't believe how big it was for NYC. Robin was very attentive and texted us to make sure that we had everything that we needed. I would definitely want to stay here again.

I loved staying here! Robin was an excellent, courteous, and helpful host. The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, spacious, and beautiful! Right around the corner from the subway, down the street from Central Park, and quick access to restaurants, grocery stores, and almost anything you could imagine. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely chose to stay here again!
Robin was such a thoughtful and friendly host: she checked in on me before and during my stay, and left instructions so detailed that I felt very much at home and I could find my way around to the Grocers and other stores in her neighborhood. She provided toiletries (incase I forgot anything), maps and Zagat guides, as well as local restaurant menus, - again, it was fantastic to feel like such a local. Her place is really a gem: it's accurately depicted, very clean, and such a quite large apartment! It's so close to Central Park and is on a quiet street! I'm looking forward to returning.
I've stay there for a long weekend and Its just a great apartment in a great location! very clean and big! looks even bigger and better in life that on Robin's pictures. one min walk from lots of a nice restarants and a supermarket, and still very quiet and cozy. feels like home :)
And Robin is amazingly friendly and if u need any help she will be there for u!
IIt was my first expirience with airbnb and its was Great! toatally worth it!
Great place, great host great Deal!
Very Recomend to all of u!
I cannot say enough good things about my stay here. Robin is warm and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. She answered my initial inquiry immediately and responded to all further communications within 15-20 minutes. She was not there to personally greet me but the keys were with the doorman and she texted me to make sure I had gotten in ok.
The apartment itself is absolutely charming, and was exactly as portrayed in the pictures. It’s very tastefully decorated, has nice light and is surprisingly quiet for a NYC apartment. Everything was crystal clean, right down to the towels, bed sheets and kitchen glassware and dishes. Robin left individually wrapped soap and toothpaste in the bathroom and travel sized shampoo and conditioner in the shower. She even had a little complimentary toiletry basket with things you might have forgotten like dental floss, hand cream, and deodorant, q-tips etc. There was an entire wardrobe provided for my clothing and an empty medicine cabinet in the bathroom for my (website hidden) and tea, milk, butter, jam and english muffins for the morning were provided as well.
The apartment location is fabulous. Only 1 block to the subway and bus, 1 block to central park where I ran every morning and rented a bike. Right out the door are dozens of restaurants and bars and shopping Robin left a guide to the neighborhood with the location of grocery stores, liquor stores, laundry, dry cleaners and of course Starbucks. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again!
Great apartment and host in convenient location. The apartment is one block from Central Park, subway and bus stops so travel is easy. The neighborhood is historic and has numerous good restaurants within walking distance.
I stayed here for four days on my first trip to New York and first AirBnB visit. Robin's apartment was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. She left detailed instructions for her apartment, an armoire empty for my things and even left a tray of travel sized toiletries. During my stay she was available for any questions that I had and kindly checked on me to make sure that I got in OK when a Tornado Warning popped up in the area.
Overall, staying with Robin was very relaxing, convenient and low hassle and will be my go-to place next time I visit NYC.
Robin was a great guest. I enjoyed getting to know her a bit before I left the space. She was hosting a landmark introduction forum in our living room which was amazing! (We too are students of the Landmark curriculum.) she is very respectful and kept the space nice and neat. She is welcome back any time!
Robin is the ideal guest - low key, easy-going, swift communications, left the room as it had been prepared for her, and a fascinating individual to spend time with.
Robin and I have been friends for 16 years. In that time, we've traveled through the SW US Nat'l Parks, Northern Italy and Morocco together. The trips ran from 2 weeks to 4 weeks, so you can imagine that we'd have scrapes, but we've always come through them fine. Robin is fairly mellow and would rather be having a good time, so she's easy to be around. We've slogged up mountains laughing all the way, and slammed into backcurrent walls of water while shooting the rapids.
I couldn't recommend her more highly as a host or a guest.
I've know Robin for almost 20 years, we've worked together, hung around together and done some traveling together. She's dependable and spontaneous all at the same time. She's a gracious hostess. She's generous and big hearted. She's got a wicked sense of humor. Would stay with her in a heartbeat.
