I rented Marsha's space for my 18 year old son, who was in Annapolis for a week for a course. Marsha was the perfect host for him. She was so friendly and welcoming and he loved her dog too! She was very responsive to all of my questions and I felt very comfortable sending him off for the week. Her home was cosy and comfortable he said. Thank you so much Marsha for helping him to have such a successful week.
Marsha was a kind and thoughtful hostess. My room was very pretty, quiet, cozy and warm, with a lovely view, especially after it snowed 8 inches! There was a fast internet connection and my room had a private exit/entrance. Her pumpkin bread was the perfect breakfast!
It was so nice there. Marsha is so charming and we had a great time. Check- In and Check- Out is so flexible, that was so good. Perfect stay!!! :)
Marsha's cottage bed was super comfy. I got a great nights sleep and enjoyed chatting with her. I would stay again for sure.
My stay with Marsha was exactly what I hoped. I felt safe and welcome in her house and in her neighborhood. I was traveling for a weekend workshop and did not arrive until late in the evening. Marsha had turned on an extra heater for me, so when I arrived the room was warm and toasty! I had a wonderful night's sleep in the comfortable bed. I will definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay with Marsha (and Loki.) She was ready for our arrival and we even got Zucchini bread before we left! While we didn't walk to town, the drive seemed like it would be a longer walk than expected. But, we didn't have any problem finding parking. We loved Annapolis and we would definitely stay with Marsha if we ever came back again!
This was the perfect location for anyone doing a road race starting at the Stadium! It only took a couple of minutes to walk to the stadium for the race. Marsha was an excellent host and I slept great before having to get up early for the race. Marsha also let me check out late so that I could shower and eat breakfast after I finished. I highly recommend staying with Marsha!
My son who is a Midshipman at the Naval Academy spent two nights here. It was everything everyone else said, clean, cozy and very close to the stadium. Easy parking and a fantastic host. Thanks!
My husband and I stayed one night on the way to home in NH from South Carolina. Marsha's cottage is exactly what she advertised, Cozy and comfort. Didn't have any trouble to finding her home at night and her home is cute, warm and has a great mattress! After a long hours of driving and so happy to sleep in the great mattress! That was exactly what we needed it. Her dog, Loki is sweet and gentle dog, wish we had more time to hang around the home. We'll definitely stay again in near future. Thank you Marsha!
Marsha's Cozy Cottage was conveniently located near downtown Annapolis. We were both busy and didn't see each other much, but her place had everything I needed for my weekend stay!
Marsha and her nephew stayed for the week end .. I'm verry happy to have host like Marsha, very nice people ..
Hope to see you at your next visit in Paris :)
Marsha is a one of a kind lady who was a fabulous house guest! She is a very intelligent and social lady and we enjoyed our chats with her and her lovely nephew very much. They were fantastic house guests that treated our home with the upmost respect but that were also comfortable being in our space too. They were also very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them to other hosts. In fact we enjoyed our time with them so much we are hoping to plan a trip to visit Marsha so that she can host us in her lovely bnb home!
