I'm sorry your stay wasn't 100% to your liking. I wish you would have expressed some of these concerns to me while you were here, that way I could have made your stay more comfortable. I can guarantee that the linens were clean as well as the rest of the apartment. As you witnessed I have hired a cleaning lady to come and clean it.
That said, its no million dollar hotel. I run my listing while working a full time job, so I am sorry it wasn't a 5-star experience but I think for what I charge I took very good care of you and went above and beyond what a hotel or hostel would do with guests. I lay this clearly out in the listing that it is a couch in an apartment.
So, I am sorry you were misinformed about what I offered and that your expectations were not met. I hope to take the good feedback you gave me and apply it to future guests who come and stay. Thanks.
