I work as a communications consultant. I have a son who is 6 years old.
Ana met us at the metro stop by her place and was understanding when our flight got cancelled. She even offered a free night if we were staying another day but we were heading off to Berlin. I would suggest figuring out cancellation policy if your flight gets cancelled in advance so you don't need to pay if you aren't able to get to the place.
The place looked like the pictures except she has a bird named Herb. He didn't chirp that much but it would have been nice to know in advance. I also wish that we had bigger or more towels. The bed was very comfortable and close to the metro stop. There also was a weird noise that happen at night for a couple minutes that could be annoying if you are trying to sleep. We weren't in the place that much but I noticed it one night we were there. Probably water heater or something like that.
It would have been nice to also have hair dryer since I didn't pack one.
Overall I would recommend this place to a friend.
Kirsten was nice and accomodating to us, and easy to be in contact with. Her apartment is lovely and close to metro station and bus.
There is very good wireless connection and the apartment has everything you need, great to stay at.
