Response from Nonie:
The guest used alias name on airbnb, not even the last name is real. Before booking, he requested help with buying soccer match tickets without making the payment in advance. I helped him buying on line more than three times just to make sure that he got the seat that he felt comfortable with( He requested cos he wasn't comfortable with seat no. 311) and went to pick up the ticket in person before his arrival. Also the guest cancelled one night just the night before arrival which on the policy he was supposed to be charged of the cancellation charge. Even though the guest had changed his mind on arrival date a few times after booking, he insisted I waved it and I did! He was more than 3 hours late on arrival which he could have missed his game. I drew him a small map and wrote down all train connection details including schedules&fares before his arrival, also walked him to the station, helped buying train ticket for him not to get lost&miss his game, pointed out the buildings/objects on route to help his returning . He enjoys having hot water as beverage which I prepared for him as soon as I realized he drank it all up without making a new pot himself immediately. On the contrary to all I did as a host for him, he took showers at 2am and took down my bathroom door without putting it back, made the enormous noise. I had it fixed right away the next morning since I have other guests at the same time, I obviously couldn't wait for him to wake up and confront it with him. Not to embarrass him I was hoping he would apologize first but that did not happen through the entire stay. The house location is clearly described on the website. Train ride to central Tokyo only needs only one train without any transfer if no specific destination is indicated. Making train transfers in Tokyo or in Japan is like drinking water daily, that is why there are more than 10 train lines structured in the city. He does not read Japanese so I wrote the address in both English and Japanese but the guest lost the first one which I wrote him again in Japanese as requested but he made the bad review on me saying I did not provide the address in Japanese. It is all about that I wrote a report to airbnb regarding his awful behavior. He also took my umbrella and left his torn up clothing and trash in the room. He didn't have any clue what he wanted to do in Tokyo, did not read his guidebook but wanted to go to where the girls of a picture carrying shopping bags. FYI, I advised him the one train ride shopping destination. He also tried to exchange a meal with his unwanted transformer! More to that but you got the idea! Bizarre person without the basic manner!
