I did not receive any e-mail, telephone call, text message or message on Airbnb from the guest to ask about the heating. On the third day when they came back to the apartment whist I was there, they asked me about the radiator and I showed them all they had to do was turn the knob on the radiator to open the radiator in their room, which was obviously closed by the previous guest. I then also showed them that the radiator was on a timer in our kitchen on the boiler and how to switch it on if they so wished during the day. Had I known that there was a problem I would have immediately responded Jean-Marie but I did not receive any message from you to this effect.
