Roberto, I am sorry you were disapointed with the apartment.
The issue with the air conditioning equipment was very unfortunate. I had it repaired after you left and the technician told me it was due to an electrical problem in the network which burnt the equipment. It is repaired now.
As you are aware, I bought a brand new portable unit which I delivered on the apartment the day after you reported the issue.
As for the fridge, it is less than 1 year old and works fine.
The bed is a standard double bed. It is the first time in 3 years of renting the apartment that someone complains about this.
And may I say about anything. But hey, there is always a first, so I will learn from this and improve my efforts!

there is a doorman (encargado) who lives in the building and works between 8 and 12 in the morning and 16 to 20 in the evening.
I think he was on holiday and had a temporary replacement during the week you stayed...
