Russ was really busy while staying with us, which made it hard for him to connect in person, but he did manage to fit in a couple of in-person conversations, and then also reach out by phone after he left to give me some really helpful pointers for how I could further improve the feel and functionality of our apartment. He expressed some desires during his stay, which I had happily invited in case there was something more he needed. I wish he had had more time to ask about some of his questions during his stay, however, so I could have provided what was needed (like where the coffee mugs were, and to replenish the fork stash, for ex.). Russ left the apartment in good shape, and navigated some difficulties, like the lack of lighting of the sidewalk, with grace.
Russ was a great guest. Left the apartment clean and just the way it was when he checked in. Easy to communicate with and respectful. Overall, great experience.
Russ was a great guests. He's a self-directed traveler and a good communicator. He is very respectful of community space. He left my guest room in tiptop shape. It would be my pleasure to host him again in the future.
Russ is a really nice, easygoing guy who was a pleasure to host for his brief stay in Chicago.
