Marrakech, depuis 6 ans.....mais française du sud ouest!
I had a very pleasant stay. Five minutes walk from the central square - very easy to experience how different the square was on different hours of the day.
A bit rare to be all alone in this huge riad. That's why it took me some time to feel at ease. It was very quiet inside while outside there always was the busy, living, colourful city.
It's a pity that the wifi didn't work, specially because i was alone. But that was the only pity-thing i can think of. The rest was perfect for me: kitchen, bedroom, shower etcetera - excellent. Very pleasant and authentic place to work also.
And last but not least: there was Malika. Sunshine-breakfast every morning.
We had a great time staying at Dominigue's lovely house in Marrakesh. We didn't have a chance to meet her since she was out of town but her friend Malika was very nice and helpful to our needs. She provided us with a nice breakfast every morning! The room was spacious enough for two people with hot shower and toilet. The location was perfect and we enjoyed our morning walks to Medina.
We would highly recommend this place to stay.

We stayed at Riad Dar More instead of this particular Riad which
is a similarly "design" version of the traditional dwelling.
Amenities are in a modernist style with a nod to the rich Moroccan
Islamic architectural heritage.
We really appreciated the friendliness, flexibility and graciousness of the staff and our hostess.
The location of Riad Dar More is extremely practical and yet quiet and peaceful at the same time. I believe this riad shares a similar location.
Wonderful Malika took outstanding care of us.
Very highly recommended.
note: I was not familiar with the "derb"/quartier/neighborhood layout concept. The house numbering is logical and applies to all the small alleys within a given "derb". We were a bit confused at first when trying to find the Riad Dar More. (there's a map and a sign for it btw at the entrance of the derb.)
A wonderful spot to start all your Marrakech adventures. Very nice rooms, insanely friendly staff and the location is excellent for a tour through the city.
I had an absolutely great time in Marrakech, largely due to my stay at Dominique's wonderful Riad. The place was an oasis of tranquility which was wonderful after exploring the Medina...
The location is a 5 minute walk from the Jamaa el Fna, Bahia Palace and many other attractions...
Her staff were wonderful, and a great help since I am language challenged (i.e. I only speak English).
I absolutely will come back to visit again!
The Dominique is a sympathy. Very helpful and a great service. I was very positively surprised. I must make the Riad Dominique at my house whenever you go to Marrakech. Also highlights that Dominique's employees are an extreme availability and kindness.
