Hi - I'm a native New Yorker, born and bled, as we say, and I love my amazing city. I am a traveler, photographer, and event producer. I've been an airbnb host since 2010 and am a huge fan.

We spent a long weekend at Ronit and Bradley's place and this was great. The apartment is larger than it looks on the pictures, it is perfectly located in Williamsburg, very close to all the coolest bars and restaurants around while being in a quiet street. I would definitely recommend this place, it's a perfect deal! Thank you!
Thanks Vincent—it was our pleasure to have you there. Happy travels!
Ronit's place was amazing! The apartment was located close to the main subways lines and so many great spots in Brooklyn. Ronit was beyond helpful and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be out of the hustle of Manhattan, but still close by.
I felt right at home in Ronit's place - excellent neighborhood, close to the subway and a very comfy bed! Logistics such as exchanging keys went smoothly and Ronit provided lots of information about the area. The bathroom is a bit small but that's really the only down side to this place. It was an excellent first airbnb experience!
Ronit’s place was perfect.
We felt at home the minute we arrived.
It’s a nice sunny and clean appartment with everything you need to be happy when travelling.
Location is also great, in a nice neighborhood, close to many fun bars and restaurants.
It’s a 10 min. walk to Bedford Street.
We didn't have the chance to meet Ronit, but the communication with her was really easy and friendly.
We would definitely book this room again and recommend this place to anyone willing to visit NYC and stay in Brooklyn.
This was my first time using Airbnb as well as staying in New York and Ronit and Bradley made the overall experience very comfortable and worthwhile. They were sure to leave an information sheet detailing their emergency contact and great restaurants/sites around the area, they were more than happy to give thorough directions to places my bf and I were interested in seeing, and they even left some exotic coffee and teas with chocolates and clementines purely for our enjoyment! Not to mention, we never needed air or heat. The apartment was perfectly insulated and just the right temperature. Williamsburg was a very quaint area and I am already eager to visit again :)
Great apartment, even nicer than the pictures imply!
It's their home, and you really get that feeling that you're staying in an apartment that someone usually lives in, for better or worse :)
Location is good, in a calm and nice neighborhood, close to the L train that goes straight to manhattan, and 10 min walking distance to bedford ave that has many bars and stuff, although there were things to do in the near vicinity as well.
All applicances and stuff worked ok, everything one would need was there, everything as clean as a lived-in home can possibly be.
All in all a very nice stay!
Ronit was very friendly, helpful, mindful and obliging. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom had everything what I need for my stay. The neighborhood is very interesting! I would book this room again.
Ronit's place was the perfect welcome to my New York adventure! Fab location in the heart of the East Village, yet somehow the most peaceful room! And Ronit herself was fantastic - super communicative and responsive. Would totally recommend!
The room was very clean, and ronit was very friendly, responsive, and accomodating. Note that it is a fifth-floor walkup, if that matters to you. Overall, it was a good place in a great location.
Ronit was great - really friendly and responsive before and during the stay - as I'm an airbnb newbie, she was very helpful and patient with my initial questions. She was waiting at the apartment with the keys and some freshly laundered towels and bedding when we arrived, she quickly made us feel at home and gave us some really useful info about the neighbourhood.
The apartment itself is great - small, but it has everything you could need. 3 of us stayed here comfortably for 3 weeks. Other people in the building were really friendly, and there's some great views from the roof.
The neighbourhood was fantastic - loads of options for eating/drinking (including a great restaurant on the ground floor of the apt building, and a cosy, friendly bar a couple of doors down). There are also supermarkets & delis close by if you want to cook at home. Subways and bus stops are close by, or if you prefer walking (as we did), it's an easy stroll to plenty of Manhattan's other attractions. All the locals we met were friendly and helpful - never once felt unsafe or anything coming back late at night.
All in all, a brilliant first experience with airbnb - will definitely try to stay here again next time I'm in town.
Ronit is a wonderful guest, very friendly and enthusiastic. She treated the apartment with great care and respect and left it in perfect condition. She is always welcome back to our home anytime.
Delightful couple, a joy to interact with, very courteous and respectful. Hope to see them on their next trip through KY! A++ AirBnBers
Ronit and Bradley were great guests. They understand the Airbnb vibe and were respectful, neat and clean and quiet. I would recommend them to anyone.
Ronit was really an exemplary guest !!! We appreciated her flexibility in coordinating a long distance key exchange. She and her partner Bradley left our apartment meticulously clean, well cared for, and even left us a departing gift as a thanks. Thanks to you Ronit and Bradley for taking such great care of our home !!!!
A pleasure to have stay with us and welcome back any time.

I am an Australian who has stayed at this comfortable apartment in a safe and affordable location in inner Brooklyn twice now.
I really cannot recommend this apartment highly enough, and I am writing this reference out of gratitude to have had the opportunity to have stayed here multiple times, with plans to return as soon as possible.
In fact, when I think of ideal NYC accommodation, this apartment easily outshines the other 4 places we tried before finding it, especially for it's location (10 minutes to Manhattan on the very nearby subway), safety, privacy, comfort, and affordability.
The availability of this apartment is actually what we based the dates of our last trip to NYC around.
It is nice and private and self contained, with plenty of room for a couple of people to feel like they are at home.
The neighbourhood is great, with affordable and healthy food, and great coffee, readily available within a block or two (if you are enjoying your holiday too much to use the apartment kitchen).
It feels safe to walk around this neighbourhood, and is a great base to explore NYC, close to the very trendy area of Williamsburg, close to Manhattan, and a very short walk to a well serviced and very regular subway line.
Another cool thing about this place, is even though it's close to the action, it makes a nice quiet retreat when you need a break from the activity and endless entertainment of the big apple.
That is not to mention how nice it is to deal with Ronit. She is a kind and considerate sub-letter, who is easy to communicate with and really helps take the stress out of organising the accommodation part of your trip.
Having seen what else is out there in various apartments and areas of Brooklyn and Manhattan, this apartment really shines for affordability and quality combined.
Ronit is a consummate hostess, with an adorable apartment, and extensive knowledge of her lovely neighborhood. We met 9 years ago, on a chilly night in Italy and have been roommates, guests in each others homes, and traveling buddies ever since. When Ronit travels she stays as local as possible. Her quiet clean apartment is in the middle of the East Village: close to fun, fashion, and food. I'm jealous!
Ronit is a great person to sublet from! She has hosted people from all over the world and thinks of EVERYTHING. Her apartment is adorable and in the best neighborhood in NYC. We were roommates for years and since I've been traveling, I've stayed with her many times and I'm always impressed by what a great hostess she is.
Ronit is a great person and has a fabulous apartment in the middle of the East Village in NYC. She loves hosting people and it's a large fun space to be able to call home base while exploring the city (or crashing after your party night).
Ronit is a very easy going and considerate person to live with. She's great at communication and respectful of shared space. I've lived with a lot of different people and she is by far one of the best roommates I've had. You can't go wrong here.
