I'm based in Bali, Indonesia, I have great lodging for your stay in Bali. Looking forward to hosting you via Airbnb.
The villa was great, the staff were delightful and attentive. Unfortunately we were unaware of the construction building site doing a huge hotel directly behind, 24hours a day. Not being able to get a decent hours sleep was quite irritating. Road works directly outside the premises was also a hazard.
The villa itself was a great set-up, the staff a delight and attentive. Unfortunately the continuous building construction directly behind and the road works out the front went on continuously throughout the three day duration.
The villa is located right next door to massive construction works. There are 2 huge cranes above the roof that you can see from kms away. Construction workers were sleeping on the ground at lunch time surrounding the villa. Villa doesn’t correspond to the pictures you see online, its much smaller and older . For the first 5 days I couldn’t sleep at all, there were at least 4 cages with dogs outside, poor dogs were there 24/7 barking all night/day long. The host was ignoring me throughout the whole stay; i had to send tons of messages via airbnb, emial, sms, call - no reply.
I was very disappointed and had to stay elsewhere paying extra. It’s very noisy and there is absolutely no air. It’s located on Sunset road 100m from the Sunset point. Don’t even consider booking this place, it’s a waste of money. Feel free to contact me if you would like to know more details.
Special thanks to airbnb for excellent support though!
Great location, so close to all the restaurants in Seminyak. Nice villa, comfortable, and we appreciated the basic coffee & tea & sodas supplied complimentary. Ibu Anaya was very helpful in arranging airport transfers as well as bike rentals for us. The only negative, if any, is that there's no view of the sea or rice fields typical of Bali. Not a problem for us, as we would hop on our bikes and go wherever we needed to, but if you want to wake up to lovely views, that's not possible here.
I was greeted by Ellen on arrival at the Villa after being met by her transport service at the Airport. The Villa is very well presented, beautifully equiped and clean. Our 'Butler' Surianya, once again well presented, efficient, dependable and friendly. 'Suri' presented us with a beautiful breakfast each morning and cleaned the villa each day at a time that suited us.
Ellen, the Manager, dealt with any problem and query we had with speed and efficiency in all areas. Ellen's assistance went beyond what would normally be expected.
Thank you Ellen and Surianya for a lovely holiday in Seminyak.

Cozy villa and great value right in the heart of Seminyak. The owner, Ella, is super helpful. She arranged mobile phone service for us, rental cars, and more. Mamasan, our favorite restaurant in Seminyak, is only 5 minute walk. Highly recommended!
The place itself was nice, but the location was next to a mini mart in a sort of alleyway. Ella the host was (email hidden)ry, very helpful and went out of her way to make sure we we're comfortable. If you're looking for a romantic villa, this is not the place, but if you're with some friends and want something convenient to go out to Seminyak....it works well.
It was the first time the four of us were travelling together and destination BALI made us all extremely excited. We wanted to make it extra special so we decided to stay in a Villa instead of a hotel and came across Villa Anaya. We communicated with the Villa manger via AirBNB and they have been extremely helpful. All of our questions were answered very informatively and most of our requests were met with no difficulties at all. We definitely appreciated the good communication we both had and made us feel more secured that this was the right decision.
The day of our arrival we had our airport transfer pre arranged with the Villa Manager for a very reasonable price since we arrived in the afternoon and traffic was crayzy. Taking a metered taxi would of been a nightmare. Arriving at the villa we were welcomed by Ibu Anaya, Villa Manager and also Suria the Butler. She was very nice and made us feel very comfortable. We were given a basket full of complimentary fruits and bottles of Nestea. She gave us alot of tips on how to go about in the Seminyak area for meals and shopping.
The Villa was decorated tastefully. The kitchen was fully equipped with operational appliances. Me, i LOVE to cook so it felt really like home for me. My only comment would be that the TV was quite far from the sofa and was blocked by the dining table but it didnt matter much because the rest was beautiful.
In the evening the butler changed shifts and RIKI our second butler turned down the beds around 6 and fixed on the mosquito repellants. At first we were worried because it seemed like we were attacked by mosquitoes because there were A LOT but then they seem to just dissapear. Ibu Anaya even provided us with Mosquito repellant lotions in each room.
We decided to cook in rather then going to a restaurant. Riki was very helpful with the prepping and cleaning up afterwards. We spent our time the most with him while we were there. Before he went home around midnight he had us fill up the breakfast form so they would prepare it for us the next morning.
Ibu Anaya was there every morning to make sure all was well with breakfast and we were enjoying our stay there. It was always great talking with her. It was mostly her personal touches and efforts that made this trip a very memorable one. We were even given a parting gift which was very sweet of her the day we left. Again we would like to thank her and her staff for the very warm hospitality that was given throughout our stay there. We appreciate the interesting conversations and would definitely recommend Villa Anaya to other travellers who have their eyes on Bali. Anaya will always (email hidden) for us.
