Thank you Maria, Yes, we had a really unfortunate situation with the boiler dying completely the day you arrived. I have now replaced it in full and ensured the flat is completely smooth running. We provided 4 towels for you and your son's 4 night stay and believe this was sufficient for you. I refunded you for your stay to compensate for the problem with the heating system.
