I am a 36 year old male who works in the city. I have travelled to United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, Japan, Europe and the UK and enjoy meeting people from all different places.

Andy met us at the apartment and made us feel welcome. The location is perfect for seeing the city and very convenient for public transportation. The apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed. We had plenty of room to spread out and to store all our things. The shower was spacious and the bed very comfy. The washer and dryer were much appreciated although we did not use the dryer as the clothes dried overnight on the rack on the balcony. The main A/C unit was broken and the portable one that Andy installed could not keep up with the warm weather that we had. We did find that opening the front door and the slider at the same time produced a breeze through the unit that cooled it down nicely.
Great place to stay! Big room with plenty of storage to unpack your clothes. Lovely kitchen to cook in. Great location, easy to walk to both Norwood and the city. Nice and quiet on the street. Lovely garden to chill in. Andy was really friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend it!
We loved our stay here! Andy was not able to meet us but he left clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. The location was ideal as it is two blocks from my daughter's apt (we were visiting her and her hubby) and walking distance from city sites and public transportation. It was perfect for our needs. Thank you Andy!
Great location, right near one end of Rundle Mall, and with a short walk to some great breakfast spots just to the east. We didn't meet Andy, but check-in was easy anyway, with some very detailed instructions on how to get into the apartment ourselves.
The apartment is perfectly comfortable, although the built-in air conditioning was broken when we were there. Andy had arranged for a portable A/C unit instead though, which did its valiant best.
Furnishings are eclectic and funky, including of all things a candy machine! The whole place had a vibe that gave me fond memories of my university days!
Great little apartment in the center of Adelaide just of Rundle Street!
We'll be back in 2016!
We enjoyed our stay enormously. The hosts are very helpful, friendly and kind. The accommodation is very good. Comfortable beds. Own fridge. Quiet street and incredible view from porch. Near shops and walking distance to walking Trails. Close to O-bahn which will take you in 20 minutes to Adelaide CBD. Our kids loved playing in the garden, on the swing and with the toys and games available.
Excellent location, very convenient for bars, restaurants, museums etc. The apartment was compact but had everything we needed - and Andy was most solicitous n ensuring we were comfortable.
Great central place to stay in the city. Andy thought of everything and made it easy to just relax. Position is amazing. Car park perfect. We will be back.
I felt really amazing when living in it. The host was so heartwarming and everything was perfect. It is the first experience for airbnb, and I am definitely sure I would continue to use it!
Andy was a great host, apartment was very clean and tidy. Location was great for the Fringe festival, and car park meant we could hire a car and drive up to the Adelaide hills for the day.
Andy was an easy guest - he's pretty chilled out and low maintenance. We enjoyed having him around and chatting about AirBnB hosting experiences.
I'm Andy's sister, and used to live with him in this apartment before getting my own place. He's a great guy; very friendly and easy to live with, and always willing to help when needed.
The apartment is super modern, secure, and always clean and organised. It takes about 20 mins to walk to the city or even less on the bus which is great for shopping or nights out. I would definately reccommend staying in Andy's place.
