Iciar was a very nice guest. Very pleasant to host, clean, polite, friendly, courteous. It was my pleasure to host her.
Iciar was a great guest. She was very easy to communicate with and very pleasant. She left the apartment in great shape. I would love to host her again anytime!!
I was able to meet Iciar before her parents arrived, as I stopped by her place to drop off key. She was very friendly and communicative! Iciar's parents stayed with me and were absolutely lovely! I have quite a few bookings of peoples' parents and it seems to be a good fit! They are always welcome back!
I have known Iciar for years and I have staid at her place several times. The place is beautiful and is just in the right part of town whether you want to party, find some nice dining options or just enjoy being in the mix of the everyday Washington DC living neighborhood. The view from the apartment is great especially for those sunsets that illuminate the National Cathedral. If you have children, this might be a good place also because it is only 15 minutes way from the Zoo where you could spend a day or two exploring “the wild” with your family. Iciar’s apartment is really a great place to stay and visit and she is also very helpful with recommendations and general information about things in the city. You will not be disappointed!
I stayed at Iciar's place when I first came to Washington and I loved it. It was like being at home away from home. Iciar made my landing much, much easier and made me feel welcomed immediately. Her apartment is spacious and cozy, well kept and homey. It's located in a lively neighborhood surrounded by local shops, Target, Giant supermarket and lots of good restaurants. Major bus lines connect the hood with everywhere else in Washington and the Metro is only 5 minutes away. I left the best part for the end: sunsets from the apartment's bay windows are truly awesome.
