J'ai été très bien accueillie par Emma. Le studio est très très bien placé, super quartier. Il est fonctionnel et correspond tout a fait aux photos et descriptif. Je suis restée 3 mois et je reviendrai sans hésiter!
The listing description was accurate, Emma's boyfriend met us on the street and showed us in. It was easy to find as they send us their mobile number and communicated quickly. Neighborhood and the location was great, lots of shops, bistros around and within 15 minute walk you can reach Latin quarter, Notre dame, Louvre... Apartment itself is small but enough for two, specially if you spend all day around the town like us. We used the small kitchen to have breakfast which was great. I'd have liked the bed to be a bit softer and the bathroom to have better ventilation but all in all it was a nice stay.
Emma is a great host. The apartment was exactly as described on the site. It's perfect for the couple that want to enjoy a real Paris life, because it's just in the center of the town, in a beautiful neighborhood. We had a really good time even because you can reach all the most important Paris museums and places to visit just walking.
Emma is also very helpful to give you advice on where you can go to eat some real french food and she can help you to book the restaurant if you don't speak french!
Ultimately a place certainly recommended.

Emma's flat is small, but it's absolutely perfect for traveling couples who want to experience local cuisine, nightlife, and daily life of one of the most interesting little neighborhoods in Paris. It's incredibly easy to get anywhere from the apartment, as it's within easy walking distance of many places (Notre Dame, Musee d'Orsay), and is located right between two central metro stations (Mabillon and Odeon).
Emma made sure we had everything we needed, including toiletries, eatery/cookery, and a hairdryer, which was crucial as you can't use US applicances in Europe without the risk of the wattage frying your belongings. The bed was surprisingly very comfortable and folds up to make room for eating or lounging during the day.
We stayed during a particularly hot week in September and noticed that on Friday/Saturday nights, the street can get extremely loud late at night when we left the window open (passerbyers and street cleaners in particular) but closing the windows seemed to block the noise out pretty well.
Overall, this is the perfect place to stay if you're traveling on a budget and plan on exploring Paris during the day. Emma is a totally gracious host and even accommodated us when we made a mistake in our travel booking and arrived a day later than expected.
Our one week stay in Paris was really great. No doubt Emma's place is excellent, mainly because of its location - with Sénat and Jardin du Luxembourg 100m away, and 3-minute walk to The Seine! Many of Paris attractions are reachable on foot. Big advantage was also living just in the middle of famous Quartier latin close to Saint-Germain with plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops.
Apartament was really tidy when we got there. Kitchen compartment was also a great convenience. Maybe the flat is not big enough to invite someone in, but perfect for a budget stay just in the heart of Paris for one or two people.
It was great experience. The apartment was clean and cosy. Location was amazing with a walking distance from many subway stations and landmarks. All in all we love it
Emma and her boyfriend were very nice, polite and welcoming hosts. I truly enjoyed my stay in Paris, especially as this apartment has an ideal location. It's a walking distance to the Seine and most of Paris attractions. I stayed lonely in the apartment and always felt safe, which is very important. Perfect for one or maximum two people. Thanks Emma, I would definitely stay there again.
Great space, excellent location, fantastic support and direction from my host.
Rubens is a kind and polite guest.
You can receive him with pleasure.
Our week at Emma's was so great. The location was perfect-we walked everywhere and only needed the metro once! It's a fun area with lots to explore. The apartment itself is very livable with kitchen facilities, comfortable bed, fresh linen. The only things for us were - we had no hot water for one day ( but that wasn't Emma's fault) and there's no ventilation in the tiny bathroom so it became damp smelling and stuffy very quickly. Everything else was fantastic! Emma met us exactly when we needed and gave us really useful information about local shops etc. We're so thankful to Emma and would definitely go back to stay there again.
Emma's cute place is small but very cozy and warm. It's on the third floor with stairs only so be prepared to exercise! The bed fits two people comfortably and we had no problems sleeping on it. The noise from the street at night is quiet during the week, but loud on weekends. The location is central and is close walking distance to the Seine. The neighborhood felt safe.
Emma and her boyfriend were very nice greeting us and helping us settle in, and they gave us great suggestions for eateries nearby!
The Wifi worked on and off for us, but luckily we didn't need it much. The apartment is equipped with everything you need except bath towels, so bring your own towel or purchase one from Monoprix a few blocks away.
I would stay here again next time I'm in Paris!
