Airbnb Host in Savannah, GA
It's been a wonderful stay in Los Robles. Richard and Robin make you feel very welcome & comfortable. They take care of their guests in every detail. And the house is magnificent and stylish. When we return we definitely know where to go.
Los Robles lived up to all I was hoping for and more! Richard was very understanding about our late arrival (due to heavy traffic on 95 south). He provided great directions for our arrival after dark which were very helpful since this was our first time to visit Savannah. He also helped us park in the back since we had bikes on the car. The house and rooms are lovely and inviting. After a good nights sleep we enjoyed a classic breakfast served on fine china, enjoying the company of the other guests. Our morning bike ride through Savannah was was delightful and gave us a chance to see the many charms of this historic city. One night was not enough - hope to plan a return visit soon and will definitely book at Los Robles again!!! Thanks for a great first experience with AirBnB, Diana
Los Robles was the perfect place to stay. A friend and I took our first trip to the south, and of course needed a little guidance about how things work in Savannah. Richard and Robin gave us lots of information about the town and interesting things to see. They even had breakfast ready for us each morning and picked us up from the airport!
The accommodations were also lovely. The house is walking distance from the historical district and a large park. The bed was very comfortable, which was a relief after a long flight. I highly recommend staying here!
My sister and I stayed with Richard and Robin for a weekend getaway. They were wonderful hosts with a lovely home. This was our first Airbnb stay, so we weren't sure what to expect. I have to say, we couldn't have been happier! We would absolutely stay at Los Robles again & highly recommend it to anyone else traveling to Savannah.
We had a wonderful stay at Los Robles. Will be back next time in Savannah.
My daughter and I were doing a college visit with SCAD and stayed with Richard & Robin. We didn't plan to rent a car so they were nice enough to take us to and from the airport so that we didn't have to use a cab. It was our first visit to Savannah so on the way back from the airport Richard showed us some of the historic areas. The main historic areas are within walking distance to the house.
The house is beautiful and the rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms are shared (1+1/2 baths shared with other guests) but even with the other rooms being full this worked out fine. We're both dog lovers but for those of you that aren't, their dog is very friendly. He will check you out but will otherwise leave you alone.
For food there is a nice continental breakfast in the morning. Don't miss having dinner at an Italian restaurant called Leoci's - it's outstanding.
I had a wonderful time staying with Richard and Robin in their beautiful Savannah home. Richard was very kind, meeting me at the airport and several times chauffeuring me into town after breakfast! I very much enjoyed the conversation with both of them, other guests, and of course the dog Gordy. Thanks!
We had a great experience at Los Robles. Richard and Robin are great hosts and are both very welcoming. Their gorgeous house is a short walk from Forsyth Park and a reasonable walk from the river (less than 2 miles). We had the convenience of a car, but we didn't really need it. We definitely recommend staying at Los Robles!
Richard and Robin's house is elegant and interesting and a guest feels a bit like living in a Masterpiece Theater production for a modest price. Robin is forthcoming with history, his and that of the excellent and tastefully restored building. My wife and I will visit again.
Richard was extremely accommodating and made me feel right at home in Savannah :-) his house is so beautiful and I'm so sad I was only able to stay for one night! When I return to beautiful Georgia, Richard is definitely the first person I will contact for a place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality and everything else Richard!
