We booked last minute with "instant book" and arrived the next morning when we were told. If it was an issue you could have denied us or told us prior to arrival. Don't have an instant book option if it may be a problem for you.
We were charged a cleaning fee of $75 then we were negatively reviewed for leaving the sheets on the bed and some dishes in the sink. If we knew this was going to be an issue we would have done something about it, but to us...a cleaning fee should cover such things.
We admit that the stove situation was a HUGE ACCIDENT/MISTAKE (everyone makes mistakes!) As for the information about the sheets we were told nothing about having to remove them at the end of our stay. Again...what was the $75 cleaning fee for?
Aside from these 'issues' the apartment was treated with respect. Opal and her husband Dwight seemed like very nice people, its a shame they turned out to be so rude.
