Originally from just outside of London in England, I studied fashion at college and worked in PR and on magazines before becoming a high school art teacher. 15 years ago I took a job teaching in an international school in Thailand, intending to go for the length of the 2 year contract, but ended up staying 9 years there and am still overseas! I'm currently working in Doha in the Gulf, but have also lived in Turks & Caicos in the Caribbean, Tanzania and Sri Lanka. It's fair to say that I'm a complete travel junkie - I've visited over 100 countries, although more recently I'm increasingly favouring Europe.....must be getting old (early 40s :)) but I definitely appreciate it more than I did when I inter railed all those years ago. I love an adventure (that's probably as close as I get to having a motto). My second job is as a scuba instructor - I love the water, also kayaking; trekking, camping and the outdoors but I also love art (when I find the time I do my own), fashion, architecture and culture; great food and wine :) I'm a resourceful and independent traveller, very easy-going, but am also quite social - I love meeting people and experiencing different cultures. What else?...still single...been too busy travelling and having adventures!
