Since Jaana insists on leaving US negative feedback, I would like to just rectify a few erroneous information that she has included in her "evaluation".
Flexibility/early access to the apartment:
We received the information the morning of our arrival that we could come to the apartment between 12 and 13.30pm to get the key and that we could not enter before 1.30pm. That meant that we walked through town from 9am to 12.30pm with our suit cases...not a problem, but just odd to hear that she considers this "early check-in".
Request to change accomodation:
We informed Jaana that we were quite unhappy at 20.30 and asked her very kindly if she would consider liberating us from our contractual information. She agreed and let us know that it wouldn't be a problem for her. We then arranged a meeting for the hand-over of the key at 10.30 the next morning and later that afternoon we received a message from Jaana informing us that she had changed her mind and now didn't anymore agree to liberate us from our (email hidden)e was going to keep the money. Hardly correct and quite dishonest. With the help of Airbnb customer service we managed to recuperate our money. We also found another host whom we where very happy with and left positive feedback. We are not difficult customers.
