Although this the first time I've learned about an incident like this one occurring in my place, I am willing to offer you a 25% discount on your next stay. To be quite honest ALL of our guests have actually told my wife or myself that the TV, INTERNET, and HEATER work fine. Considering all of our genuine reviews we have that are great, I think it would be safe to assume this guest probably was just plain confused as to operating appliances in my place.
