I am very sorry you feel this way Nacho. I have to say I am very surprised of your review. We had excellent communication prior to your arrival and during the check in process. However, I didn't hear anything from while you were in staying in the apartment which is strange if you were very unhappy! I strive to have excellent customer service and communication with all my guests to serve at a high level. I believe this apartment is represented accurately on Airbnb as well as the check in/check out times and what is included in the apartment. There was another guest entering the same day you left which means we couldn't accommodate a late check out as it needed to be cleaned! I hope I have the opportunity to accommodate you again in the future.
