I was really sorry to read your review and comments, especially since we did so much to accommodate you. As well, this is the first negative review I've had ever from the four years Ive been on Air BB. As you knew, the place was cleaned for 3 hours right before you arrived, I apologize if it was not to your standards. The water pressure, I cannot control. Not sure who can really in NYC? I state in my details on the apartment, there is no dishwasher, so if you expected one, then please read the details of the apartments before reserving. The apartment is in NY, not in the country, and being loud is another thing I cannot control. Most people comment how quiet the place is for NY. In terms of amenities like toilet paper, If the supply was not sufficient enough for 5 of you, I can understand, but there is a market three shops down the road on Mercer Im sure you saw it. If you expected more supply, my sister was staying down the road as you knew and could accommodate anything you would request. My sister was also around and on the phone to help you with the heater. The heater is not difficult to function for the rest of the population. And finally, if there was an odor, that's great to think to buy a candle. There are about 15 candles in the apartment already, but it sounds like the odor was coming from shoes outside the door? So perhaps you could have removed them?? Something that doesn't seem difficult.
Again, Im sorry for your review and I wish that many of these things could have been expressed earlier to have for a better stay for you. My sister was there every day and hour to help with whatever you needed. It would be interested to see if you complain about every Air BB you stay in. I hope for everyones sake, not. This is a house, my house, not the Ritz Carlton. Apologies I didn't hire Jeeves the Butler for your stay. I ended up taking him with me on my safari to Botswana.
