Camille's place was better than expected. Her apt. was very spacious and filled with light which is part of the reason I choose to stay there. Since her apt was on the top floor, and filled with windows, you great views of the sky and apts surrounding her building. It was also very quiet and peaceful, which I enjoyed the most in the mornings. Camille & Olivia treated me like a friend coming to visit into town and I felt taken care of. Right before arriving, Camille sent me a google map of things I could do. When I arrived, Olivia took the time to sit down with me and map out places of interest I could check out. I felt right at home. If I had any questions while in Copenhagen, Camille was available by text and email to answer any questions I had. The apt is very central in Copenhagen, it's about 10 min walk from the Central Station where the train drops you off from the airport. So you won't have any trouble finding it when you arrive. It's also helpful that whenever I was unsure how to get back from the places I was visiting, I'd always ask someone or a bus driver how to get to Central Station. That was very important since I didn't speak Danish and was on my own. All maps, trains and buses had stops at Central Station so I always felt that I could get back to the apt. easily. I'd stay here again in a heart beat. The only warning I have for anyone staying here is that there is no elevator and you'll have to carry your suitcases 5 floors up.
Close to the Copenhagen Central Station (around 10-minute walk), the apartment is located at a very quiet neighbourhood and only takes a few minutes walk to the city centre. As described, it's on the top floor (fifth floor) - very common in Europe but it's not a problem if you have a light luggage. It's generally a very safe area but be aware the street that connects to the train station (a number of adult shops and possibly a service centre for the homeless people). A big supermarket is just around the corner and you may also find another one along the major street.
Though our host Camille was away for vacation during our stay, she was very responsive to our needs and nice to have her friend ready for our check-in. The apartment is clean and tidy. And obviously Camille loves cooking too, so she left us adequate cooking utensils to use. The room is adequate for 2 people, with comfortable bed and clean linens. It'd be better if more rooms could be provided for hanging clothes or storing our gears. Nevertheless, the overall experience in Copenhagen was great and we recommend this apartment to those who love to travel around Denmark (e.g. Odense).
Camille and her roommates were excellent hosts. The room was exactly how it appeared in pictures and I was very satisfied with my stay. I would definitely stay with Camille again on my next visit to Copenhagen.
Ideal location in Copenhagen! The room is comfortable, sunny and very clean. I would recommend this place in a heart beat!
Super nice apartment and even nicer roommates! I would LOVE to return.
It was a great stay at Camille and Soizic's apartment in Frederiksberg area! The room is bright and confortable. The apartment is big and very nice. Both hosts are helpful and friendly! We will come back :)
Camille and her family are very recommendable guests - charming, respectful and intelligent :) Left my place nice and tidy. I would let her and her family stay at my place at any time.
