Organic gardener with purpose of raising my own food. Owner of two cats. My 17 yr old dog left me a few years ago. Music fan and know my way around when the city is crowded. Kayaking.
Neat location. Flakey host.
I've known Suzanne for about 15 years. She has a great place located convenient to all that is Austin. Suzanne has been a volunteer at most of the Austin Music Festivals and knows here way around the Austin music scene. She is more than capable of sending newcomers in the right direction. She has a cool vintage trailer that is the perfect resting spot for an Austin vacation. If you need some advice on how to to get a green thumb you're in the right place.
Suzanne is a kind-hearted person and I know she would go out of her way to be an accommodating host. She is always willing to lend a hand to others. Her photos don't give a complete picture of her place though. Beyond the "homestead" is a large backyard full of colorful flowerbeds, large swathes of perennials & herbs, berms full of edible greenery and the happy contentedness one experiences in the midst of a lovingly-tended garden. Suzanne's green thumb extends beyond the garden. She is also an expert Austin event-goer, and Hill Country enthusiast, constantly adding new seeds to her vast knowledge of the area. She's been attending festivals like SXSW for years, and knows her way around as only an established and dedicated Austinite can. You can depend on Suzanne for great advice and a calming place to hang your hat at the end of the day.
Get your genuine South Austin experience right here! Suzanne volunteers for cool events like music festivals and fun runs and knows her way around the South Austin music scene. Her vintage trailer is comfortable and funky (funky in the good way, not the bad way) and if you visit during the summer, her garden is not to be missed. Great place to stay for SXSW and other Austin events.
Suzanne is the genuine article! Her trailer is spacious and perfect for two friends or a couple. She has a real green thumb and her garden is charming. A great place to be for events in Austin. After a day of go, go, go you can recharge by the fire in her cozy backyard haven.
I've known Suzanne for about 20 years, sharing a love of music and a great group of friends. Her place is convenient to central and south Austin, and what could be more Austin-y than staying in a cool trailer. Suzanne can give you tips on everything from where to hear the best live music and dancing, to how to grow the greenest garden.
