Hi! I am a freelance writer living in LA with my boyfriend and co-host, Danny.
Really friendly and inviting people. The room is super clean and maintained.
This was a good value for a simple room. The location is great if you have a cast, easy parking and quick drives to different parts of LA.
The room is very clean and neat.
You'll have your own mini oven with dishes, if you should need it. The communication is great, and they respect your privacy.
So if youre looking for a neat place to spend the night and want to be on your own, this is a place for you.
Value for money. Great location.
Great for the price. Very close to major cities. Kylie was very nice
We.didn't stay long enough to.really enjoy the space. We landed, got to the room, and headed back out as we had a function to be at, and did not return until late that night. Then we checked out the next morning. Kylie was nice, only got to meet her while i was on my way into the bathroom. The room is exactly like the pictures show, and the building is kind of out of the way. You should have a car, it would be easier. We did not have a car. All in all the place was exactly like the ad said. Thank you Kylie for having us!
Very nice room, separated from the house. quiet area.
As written by another review, for the shower you do need to walk into the house, but it wasn't really a problem, and the whole setup was very comfortable.
We stayed at this place for 2 nights. Room was clean and nice. Location was really good - it was fast and simple to get to Santa Monica Hw and pretty quick to Downtown.
Everything was as advertised.....quiet, convenient location and friendly hosts. Kylie went out of her way to make it a pleasant and easy experience.
Kylie's place is a great central location on the west side. She provided clear instructions and the room was cozy and just what I was looking for.
Kylie and Danny are a lovely couple. Very friendly, respectful and appreciative of my home and facilities. I would be more than happy to accommodate them again. I hope we will stay in touch.
I've known Kylie for almost four years as a friend, colleague, and boss. I've even stayed in the same apartment as her at times through mutual friends. Her college apartment-mates were always throwing parties, so she's used to the occasional person crashing on the couch, too. I would say she is a good person to trust as she would be accommodating without ever being intrusive. What more would anyone want?
