I have a beautiful beachside timber house in Suffolk Park, Byron Bay, just five minutes from Tallows Beach. Tallows is south of the Byron Bay Lighthouse and has Broken Head as its most southerly point. It is a lovely place to live - the sound of the ocean each night echoes through the trees and the birdlife is prolific. I have an old Jack Russell dog, called Buddy and a Burmese Blue cat, called Lilly. They tolerate each other!
I have listed my new and stunning studio which is fully accommodated, clean with fresh linen and sumptuous local products provided for guests.
If you would like to bring a 'furry' friend, they are welcome but would you please discuss with me first, as furry friends need to have their current vaccinations etc, as I will not be responsible for any pet injuries. The garden is fully fenced and private.
It is a five minute walk to Tallows Beach. The local shopping centre is not far away. Suffolk Park shops have a pub, bakery/coffee house, SPAR supermarket, pizza restaurant, post office and other eclectic shops. The fabulous Byron Bay Golf Club is just 2kms away. Byron's main hub is an easy, quick drive.
The lounge/dining/kitchen/sleeping is open plan and there is a fabulous bathroom. Off street parking is available for one car.
The studio is fully self-contained with flat screen TV, WiFi, laundry facilities (no dryer), no dishwasher, gas cooking and hot water. There is one bike for the use of guests.
You can stay for one night or several. If you wish to rent the studio for a longer time, such as a month or more, the tariff will be reduced.
My daughter, Julia is at University in Melbourne.
I have often stayed at places through Air BnB and I love meeting people and welcoming them to Byron and its surrounds.
I hope to meet you if you would like to stay at the house.
With best wishes
