About Devon: I grew up in Boulder, Colorado at the base of the Rocky Mountains in the United States. I graduated from Stanford University in 2008, where I studied international relations and economics. I'm currently pursuing a graduate degree in international economics at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington DC. Last year I was in Bologna, Italy for the first year of my program. My girlfriend and I were frequent Airbnb guests and hosts while we were living in Bologna, and I've found it's a great way to meet new people. Apart from Italy, I've also traveled and lived abroad in Mexico, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Peru, and many countries in Europe. My favorite travel destination thus far is Cinque Terre, Italy--it's a must!
I travel frequently from Washington to California, and am renting out my private bedroom and bathroom during the times when I'm away. My roommate Andrew, who has his own separate bedroom and bathroom, would be your point of contact on arrival.
