My wife Sherice and I live in Windsor, Ontario, Canada... we love to meet new people, travel (just getting started with this part really), ... we love learning, working (yes we love what we do)... we make things, first it was designing websites and brochures, etc, now we are making apps and software as well as consulting others to use it. ((website hidden))
We are pretty easy to get along with, we don't mind finding our way around and exploring... we moved to Windsor from the Toronto area, about 3 years ago and love the close access to the border, we're 5 mins away and we're looking forward to meeting new people as we host others and take some more trips of our own.
I hope that helps you to learn more about us...
We are looking forward to meeting you!
A few notes for fun...
What are 5 things you can’t live without?
Internet, food, my wife, food (did I say that already)... imagination! (without this I don't think there would be anything).
Share your favorite travel destinations, books, movies, shows, music, food.
I haven't been to my favorite travel spots yet... but enjoyed Jamaica, and many parts of the US... Portland, and it's food trucks stay heavily on my mind! Books... will probably be all business, self help, spiritual... Anything covered by Philosophers (website hidden)! Seth Godin, or the Domino Project... for sure.
Food.... haven't met too many foods I didn't like, I think 50% of my goals for travel involve food :)
Music... jazz, soul, r&b, ambient, hiphop... well really just about everything, Groove Salad from SomaFm-(website hidden)... is my work soundtrack.
What’s your style of traveling? Of Airbnb hosting?
In one word... Flexible. I appreciate an easy going travel environment, no pressure, no real serious plans, just going with the flow. And you are welcome to plan anything you want, while you are staying with us we're happy to accommodate you :) Arrive late in the evening, or early... we're fine with that, just let me know. But most important, we want you to be comfortable.
Do you have a life motto?
It's hard to choose just one.... put me in a situation, and a relevant motto should pop up. I'll think about this some more and see if there's one all encompassing one :)
