I love this house in Vallejo! I've stayed a few times over the last couple of months. And, there's always great coffee!!
Everything was prepared and the room was basically good. I gave four, because the wind was constantly banging a light mosquito net against the window and that caused a little noise.
We could sleep well though.
Great house - very spacious and comfortable, with a backyard. Seth was very responsive and made sure that everything was taken care of.
Seth was very accommodating as we got stuck in a huge jam but he still waited till 10pm for us to check in. Very cute n nostalgic house he has and he was great with his recommendation of the places to visit in the Napa area; cool basement he has in the house as well.
Micah was a great host and gave us very useful tips of places to see in Napa Valley. We had a very pleasant one night stay here on our way to Napa.
Great apartment, great location, great host = great experience ! One note though, this area is a hip "up and coming" part of San Francisco with some cool restaurants like "AQ" but the area is a little seedy and a little far from the traditional tourist spots like Union Square (about $6 taxi ride). I certainly plan to stay here again in the future.

This was our first experience with Airbnb and it was exceedingly positive. Our flight to the Bay Area was delayed, but Seth kept in touch with us and, although we arrived very late in the evening, he very graciously waited up to show us in and give us the keys. The accommodations are comfortable, uncluttered and very clean. The sheets on the queen bed are WONDERFUL. My 5'10' 17 year old son was fine on the fold out sofa. Harvest Urban Market, phenomenal coffee at Sight Glass, and the Bart Civic Center station are all within five minutes' walk. In fact, we walked everywhere from the apartment. The location is just great. Thanks, Seth, for a very welcoming visit to San Francisco.
Seth was a phenomenal host. For this trip I planned last minute and my flight was delayed so I ended up arriving after midnight on a weekday evening, and he was amazing about everything. He even shared a fabulous nightcap and great conversation with me before I crashed for the evening! I liked it so much that I stayed an extra night (which was also graciously coordinated at the last minute by Seth).
The apartment is clean and comfortable, and very large (by SF standards) with a massive kitchen and tons of living space. People not familiar with SF: please remember that SOMA is slightly industrial, slightly 'up and coming', and somewhat more than slightly ridden with interesting characters. But it's also very hip and has tons of great bars and restaurants, and is a perfect location if you want access Muni, BART, and pretty much anywhere in the city.
For a great space in an ultra convenient, central location with a fantastic host, you could not do better than this place!
I hosted Seth in the apartment located in Guatemala street during his 3 night stay. Corteus and kind, he took care of the apartment and respected the house rules. I highly recommend Seth to Airbnb community.
Seth was a perfect guest. Very easy to communicate with and treated our house like his own. He is welcome back any time.
