Very nice place and a hospitable host!
We were in Denver for a medical procedure, and stayed here for 8 days. It's a great, elevator-accessed 4th-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner apartment with an AMAZING view of the mountains to the West. There's a huge patio where we enjoyed that same view from outdoors. Important things to know: there's no getting in to the building if the concierge desk is closed. Luckily, we arrived before 6 PM, else we would have been spending the night at a hotel. The airbnb reservation paperwork says flexible check-in/check-out times, but that is not the case. Check-out is at noon. We were unaware of this until we missed it, but the host was accommodating. Be sure to find out how late the front desk will be open on the day you plan to arrive. They were unaware of our planned stay, and had to check with the host before letting us in. Just be sure to coordinate your arrival/departure times better than we did. If you're getting a rental car after your flight, count on it taking 2 hours from the time you land until you arrive at the apartment. It's hard getting out of that airport in any reasonable amount of time, and you'll need 30-45 min. to get to the apartment from there. Also, although we were told there was plenty of street parking, it's all 2-hour zoned. The awesome concierge ladies let us park in a permit-only lot for all 8 days, else we would have been moving the car constantly. My wife has a lot of allergies to dust, mold, etc, but none were active at this place, so it's plenty clean enough for sensitive people. You might want to bring earplugs, as there are trains running all night in the distance. There was no microwave in the kitchen, but there was an electric water kettle. There was also an iron, hairdryer, humidifier, and comfortable memory-foam bed. The washer worked great, but the dryer would run for hours and still not quite dry clothes. There is Wi-Fi (the host quickly gave us connection info when we emailed for it), but no "cable" TV. You can watch Netflix using the Apple TV service, however. Gym/pool/hot tub hours are 6 AM - 10 PM, but the outdoor pool was closed for the winter. There was a microwave and free Wi-Fi by the pool. Bottom line, it's a very nice place to stay in a central area of Denver. The concierge crew was super helpful, and the host was responsive when we had questions. There's plenty of grocery / drug store / shopping / restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again if in Denver.
Niccolo's place was great. The apartment was really nice and had everything we could have needed. I have used airbnb a few times now and this has definitely been the best place I have stayed.
