Thank you for your review and I am sorry for the initial inconvenience to you... Would like to clarify that the water issue was sorted within an hour of you bring it to my notice by replacing the faulty water pressure pump.
I feel the damp air issue is just exaggerated... It was peak Mumbai monsoon season and it had been raining non-stop for 3 days the air is going to be damp especially for the sea front apartment and with the windows being opened after using the Aircondition.
I wish you had bought the cleaning issue to my notice and I would have taken immediate steps to solve it to your satisfaction...
Regarding your comment on the price for the apartment, I feel that is totally unfair... I don't think any 3-5 star hotel in Mumbai can offer a 2BHK + Terrace which can comfortably accommodate 4-6 guest. We pay heavy bills every month for electricity, utilities, staff salaries, society charges, guest fees & Taxes. These are all inclusive in our price.
