My friends and I, had a great time in NY and we got rest great here!
We didn't take this particular apartment, but the one we rented was up at 81st and 1st on the Upper East Side. It was exactly what you would expect from a New York apartment, and it served our needs perfectly. Scott was helpful and willing to answer any questions we may have. I would definitely recommend using Scott!
Everything was there, perfect for what we need.. Easy and simple communication.
The location would be hard to beat if you want to stay in midtown Manhatten. I was shocked when we first got there as I had no idea it was a walk up. The problem was that I have been in Physical Therapy and am not suppose to walk up stairs. Actually the apt. did look like the photos so I was not really suprised. We did not have even one face cloth. There was only one mirror on the medicine cabinet in the bathroom which was a little hard when trying to get dressed in the morning. It was clean. It could be really cute with just a tiny bit of decorating. We only had one key which was a problem. It was not a bad experience just a little annoying. Scott seemed nice as well as his assistant Kim. Next time I will know to ask for help with the problems.
The hosts were very friendly and accomodating. Kim, the assistant, was very nice and went out of her way to help smooth things out when we encountered a few glitches. Our apartment was very close to all the "action" in Times Square, and we were just a couple of blocks from the Port Authority, which is a hub for all the transporation in the city. The apartment itself was very nice, with a comfortable bed and a computer with Internet access. I would definitely recommend this host!
The flat is very well situated: The street is quite and so is the building. There are shops nearby.
For the price (it is Manhattan!) you get an afortunable place to stay.
The apartment is nice in a good location. The owner is efficient. Overall it was a very positive expierience.
This studio flat is in a great convenient location with all the basic amenities/needs covered: small kitchen unit, fridge, bathroom, sofa bed, TV, table.
Bedding and towels provided.
Just 4 blocks from Union Square and near shops, restaurants and transportation.
Ideal for short/medium long stays. Scott and his assistant Kim were great and available for any queries and assistance.
The flat needs a bit of a scrub and maybe new bedding but still it was a great stay and great value for money considering NYC standards. I will sure contact Scott go if in town.
