YES the KEY WORD here is AT CHECK-IN! Thus to my SURPRISE! You put me in a position where I had no choice. You had over 2 months to advise me of these extra charges! You had every means to contact me or send me a copy of your agreement before my arrival, but you chose to be sneaky about it. I could have at least planned for extra charges had I known. I did NOT use over the top air conditioning! Perhaps you have ill equipped condos, but my use was less than ordinary. Lets be HONEST please. Of course you hid the final numbers from me on your paper. Nor did you show me the actual meter readings. In the bedroom I used the air all the time. I should be able to do this on my vacation! Kept the door shut to the bedroom as not to waste the air. In the living room I only used it partial days. I turned it on late afternoon and off at Night each day! I did one load of laundry! THIS IS NOT EXCESSIVE! Like I said the Condo was beautiful, but you have forfeited a positive rating because of your shady dis-honest business practice. You should charge a higher price for the condos to accommodate your costs, not surprise your customers at the last minute telling them they have an allowance of 9 dollars a day on their air usage or will be charged extra charges. You have lost repeat business from this customer and I heard others complaining about it. You will no doubt get more reviews like this if you do not change your policy. This policy of yours IS UNHEARD OF... NO ONE DOES THIS BUT YOU! BOTTOM LINE IS YOU LOST MORE MONEY THAN YOU GAINED, BECAUSE OF HOW YOU HANDLED THIS BAD POLICY OF YOURS. PEOPLE DESERVE TO BE COMFORTABLE ON THEIR VACATIONS. YOU CAN MAKE ALL THE EXCUSES AND TRY TO BLAME ME THE CLIENT... BUT BOTTOM LINE IS YOU ARE AT FAULT HERE.
