Negative guest. I feel disappointed with that judgement - I only told what I recognized and what might be interesting for future guest, nothing of what I wrote was untrue - so if you cannot stand some criticism do not blame it on me.
Yes I did grumble about not being greeted, but is that forbidden? Other guest obviously have been greeted as they point out in there reviews, so I think it is just fair to let other guest no that not everyone is greeted - I wonder how you decide on that?
And as other guests already pointed out they had problems with the mattress too so I am sure you would not have changed it. You surely cannot change the construction of the house so upstairs noise - which was just normal noise created while waking etc. - will always be heard.
All other issues we took care of ourselves so there was no need to bother you.
I just mentioned the rental agreement because it is a step while renting via airbnb that we never had i never sad it is a bad thing - just different and as I find redundant as it is all covered while renting via airbnb.
After all we recommended the place for other guest and think about - or better thought of staying again before being treated that rude. I have the feeling you waited to get your review first just too have the chance to react and write an incomplete review yourself - did'n't you yourself had anything positive too say? Too our mind we left the place in perfect condition and followed all the house rules 100% - I think that would be worth mentioning.
