The location of this flat is fantastic. Right in the heart of the theater district. Close to Covent Garden underground station which is one of the stops on the underground from Heathrow airport so no need to change trains while dragging your luggage from and to the airport.
We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood at all hours.
The flat is well lived in and the owners have left all of their personal belongings there while they are away so don't expect much space in closet or bedrooms for your personal belongings but the price more then makes up for this.
Robin was great about getting back to us whenever we had any questions before we arrived and his sister (Sophia) and her husband (Alex) were available when we were there. Alex met us when we arrived to give us keys and show us around the flat.
He provided fresh fruit, milk, juices for our arrival. Nice touch.
There is a small convenience store right next door so any additional supplies are easy to get. Larger market is a few blocks away.
Nightime noise was a little louder then we were used to (we live in a quiet rural area) but still pretty quiet by most city standards.
The bath tub was large but the shower pressure is very weak which is odd because the water pressure for the tub spout is very strong.
All cooking and kitchen supplies were available so you can make your own meals if you don't want to eat out.
The London underground and bus system were outstanding. Very easy to get around. We used the doubledecker buses like a tour bus - almost always got front row seats on the second level. Great way to see the city.
We had a wonderful experience. Robin and his family were very responsive and helpful, and I couldn't imagine a better location in the city. I highly recommend +++.
