I'm a deeply passionate traveler, having managed to trek to 27 countries (and counting). As such, I was thrilled to discover Airbnb in 2012, which has opened the door for me to meet incredibly cool people from around the world. I've used Airbnb as a traveler almost twenty times, and recently decided to open up my home in Washington as a host.
I'm a recent college grad, having obtained a degree in political science and public policy in 2014. During my studies, I studied abroad for six months in Australia, and then backpacked for nearly two months through New Zealand, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Japan afterwards. This summer, I completed a post-graduate backpacking trip through Italy and Croatia as well.
I now work as a digital (email hidden) PR firm, helping corporations and non-profits effectively communicate their campaigns to audiences online. Having called Washington my home for the past four years, I love to continually explore the restaurants, music venues, bars, and museums that me. I recently moved in with my boyfriend Michael, who works as a transportation planner and recently celebrated his ten-year anniversary as a DC-resident.
I've had the opportunity to stay with extraordinary Airbnb hosts over the years, and look forward to emulating those experiences with guests in my home. Michael and I look forward to welcoming you!
