I am a native New Yorker, designer, and Chinese medicine practitioner with a private practice in NYC. I love sharing resources and suggestions for how best to enjoy the city—the hidden gems from the luxurious to the funky and fun. Restaurants with fabulous food and great prices and fantastic people watching, galleries, bookstores, cafes, most comfortable theaters, best public bathrooms! (An excellent tip for travelers). I have seen this city through many incarnations. My grandmother (who is 104) came here at age five and landed in the East Village which is where I spent my teens and twenties during the height of it's art renaissance. Now I enjoy the renaissance of another historical neighborhood, Washington Heights where I have been living for 10 years. I have many passions which NYC easily fills. I love the luxury of a spacious home and like to keep it serene and inviting to come home to so I can unwind after city exploits. The best of both worlds! I have spent a lot of time in Italy and France and speak Italian (though I am a bit rusty), but have always found it easy and fun to communicate with people of diverse backgrounds regardless of language!
