Howard was a great host. Very responsive and thorough and very accommodating. The house is incredibly unique, very open and tons of light pouring in through the huge windows and sky lights. It's a very cozy home for 4-6 and has almost everything. Only downside was that the weather left the pool filled with pollen and other debris making the pool pretty undesirable. The proximity to the town was perfect, Sag is one of my favorite places in the hamptons, and the short ferry ride to Shelter Island also make the location very desirable. We will definitely be back!
Living the dream! This was an exceptionally beautiful, comfortable and stylish house. 6 of us stayed, including 2 children, and there were enough private spaces to enjoy the peace and scenery, and for the girls to run around outside too. Full of charm and character, a short stroll into the village, can't wait to return. What a privilege to spend a weekend in this location and in the home of someone with exquisite taste. Wonderful time.
We spent a long weekend at Howard's place, and thoroughly enjoyed it! The house was just like the pictures, well maintained, a well equipped kitchen, and overall very relaxing. We'd love to return in the summer when there's not two foot of snow on the ground to make use of the pool!
Howard was a great host, very relaxed and warm. The house was amazing over Christmas, light and bright while still being warm and cozy. It's in walking distance to the Sag Harbor Village and is a very private property. We will definitely be renting this again during the summer to enjoy the massive salt water pool out the back.
Great location and perfect apartment. Clean, nice decorated, fresh bathroom. Howard was quick to respond if I had any questions. Would love to stay there again.
Howard was an absolute gem of a host, so easy to connect with and get in touch with and very accomodating. The house was beyond perfect, everything is exactly as pictured, his taste is impeccable and everything is great for beach town living, open living room and kitchen, a great deck, a gorgeous yard. All of the beds were perfectly comfortable, everything was clean and I thought it was a real bonus that Howard had a french press!
We had a great time at Howard's house !
The house is super comfortable and has the most AMAZING light.
It's totally private, and an easy walk to town.
Howard's apartment really is a stunning Nolita Boutique terrace. Although I was worried that "Boutique" was a sinonym for small, the apartment is not small at all. It is apacious and very light, and we were extremely comfortable during our stay in the city. It was our oasis from the hustkle and bustle of the city. The washer and dryer is a great plus, amd the kitchen is everything you need to be completely self-sufficient. The Mott street location is just the best. Convenient for subways, Chinatown, Little Italy and all the restaurants on our list to go to. All in all, a real gen of an apartment. Our dealings with Howard were extremely happy, and we were allowed to check out very late for our night flight on our last day. We wil certainly hope to stay in this apartment on out next visit to New York. Thank you again Howard!
