I am a culinary tourist that plans my journeys based on gastronomic adventures. I'm an advocate of the Slow Food movement and love understanding local food cultures and traditions including geting to know local producers and artisans. I work for an environmental agency and believe that everyone should do their best to be gentle on the world and reduce their environmental impact. I'm currently on sabbatical with my family of four travelling across Europe. We love meeting new people, conviviality and 'joie de vivre'!
